By accessing or using Virtual Clubhouse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Virtual Clubhouse provides a platform for amateur sports clubs to manage fixtures, track player availability, and automate financial obligations and payment reconciliation.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Club Management and Fees
Club managers are responsible for setting accurate fee definitions and match statistics. Virtual Clubhouse is not responsible for errors in club-managed data that lead to incorrect payment obligations.
5. Payments and Stripe
Payments are processed via Stripe. By using the payment features, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. Virtual Clubhouse charges a platform fee as specified in our pricing. Users are responsible for all applicable taxes and third-party processing fees.
6. Data Content
You retain all rights to the data you upload. By using the service, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your data to provide the service. You represent that you have the right to upload and process the personal data of your club members.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the service or other users.
8. Limitation of Liability
Virtual Clubhouse is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
